The government of Russia at session on Thursday will discuss the draft, which proposes to introduce administrative liability for drunk driving in case of detection of more than 0.3 grams of alcohol per liter of blood, said the press service of the Cabinet.

Now, in accordance with article 12.8 of the administrative code, the driver can lose the rights if more than 0,16 milligrams on one liter of exhaled air, the limit of alcohol content in blood is not defined.

«The bill proposes to Supplement the note to article 12.8 Cao (office of vehicle driver in a state of intoxication) position, according to which administrative responsibility will occur in the case of the established fact that the use of alcoholic intoxication causing substances, which is determined, including the presence of absolute ethyl spirit in concentration of 0,3 and more grammes on one litre of blood», — is spoken in the message.

The government said that these amendments will eliminate the legal gaps in the field of ensuring road safety.

The Ministers will also discuss a draft stating that if a political party in single-mandate constituency nominates two or more candidates, the CEC excludes all candidates nominated in this constituency, from a list of candidates in constituencies up to his assurances.

The meeting will discuss the draft Federal law on ratification of the agreement of Russia and China, «measures on protection of technologies in connection with cooperation in the exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes and in creation and operation of launch vehicles and ground space infrastructure». The document was signed on 25 June 2016 in Beijing during the visit of Russian President to China.
