The Ministry of health of the Russian Federation proposes to develop a common methodology of calculation of costs per group of social services, the corresponding project is published on Monday on the Federal portal of projects of normative legal acts.

According to the project calculation of financial provision of expenses on social assistance in the form of a set of social services is made by the Ministry of health and Ministry of labour in four areas: provision of medicines, medical devices and special food for children with disabilities; vouchers for health resort treatment; travel on intercity transport to the place of treatment and back and the fare on a railway transportation of the suburban message.

«In order to develop a uniform approach to calculation of financial provision for the costs of providing citizens with state social assistance in the form of a set of social services, Ministry of health considers it appropriate in the calculation of the size of the set of social services to use a single method of calculation of standards of financial costs per month per citizen in the above-mentioned areas,» — said in the explanatory note to the project.
