Small business of Russia lives in hiding, often due to the large number of administrative requirements, inspections and fines, says Commissioner for entrepreneurs ‘ rights Boris Titov.

On his page on Facebook he also criticized the words of the head of Sberbank German Gref that at the Eastern economic forum noted that small business sometimes becomes a factory for the laundering of illicit proceeds, therefore, entrepreneurs need to carefully monitor their operations, not to get in «black lists» of banks.

«Yes, a small business lives in hiding because the government… pressure severe pressure from audits, penalties, countless claims (often contradictory). Even if you want to live, that is, «all in white», still does not work: the law is, that somewhere Yes will still violate,» — said Titov.

The business Ombudsman has urged banks to actively lend to small businesses.
