The Tver regional court on Tuesday may pronounce a sentence accused in the murder of nine gardeners Sergey Egorov, who is facing life imprisonment.

Egorov judge on charges of murder of two and more persons, he fully admits guilt. By results of psychiatric examination the man was found sane. State prosecution asked for a life imprisonment.

Tuesday Egorov will give the last word in court, after which, as expected, the panel of three judges gathered at the request of the accused, stand and announce the verdict.

Relatives of the victims recognized as victims in the case, filed Egorov claims for compensation for moral damages and reimbursement of expenses to the funeral for the sum more than 10 million rubles.

The massacre took place in the dacha cooperative «50 years of October» in the village of Redkino, Konakovo area in early June. According to investigators, during a feast in the country quarrel broke out, 45-year-old Muscovite went back to the offenders with a hunting rifle and opened fire. The bodies of three women and five men were found in the house, and later in the trunk of the car parked next to the car found a woman’s body. One girl managed to hide from the shooter and call the police. The suspect was arrested immediately after the crime. He was drunk and tried to escape.
