Tagansky court of Moscow sent under arrest to 9 November, the head of «Sakhalinmorneftegaz» Andrew Bardeen charged with receiving a commercial bribe in the amount of 1 million rubles, RIA news from the courtroom.

«The petition of the investigator to meet, to elect against a defendant Bardin a measure of restraint in form of custody up to November 9,» said judge Natalia Larina.

The investigator indicated that the crime is committed by group of persons, but other participants is not yet established. Bardin was charged with commercial bribery (part 8 of article 204 of the criminal code). He Bardin pleads not guilty.

On Sunday RIA Novosti the press service of the oil company «Rosneft» reported that Bardin arrested for attempted corruption.

According to the UK, according to this criminal case under part 8 of article 204 of the RF criminal code (commercial bribery). According to investigators, Bardin «entered into a criminal conspiracy with a group of people, aimed at illegal receipt of funds by the commercial bribe.» SC notes that he received from the representative of a commercial company 1 million rubles, and «promised not to create obstacles to the admission of the company during the tender».

«Sakhalinmorneftegaz» — subsidiary company of NK «Rosneft» conducts its activities on Sakhalin island, performing the functions of the operator more than 30 licenses for development of oil and gas fields. All the oil produced «Sakhalinmorneftegaz», is transported by pipeline to the Komsomolsk refinery located on the Amur river. Gas is supplied to domestic consumers by pipeline «Daltransgaz». «RN-Sakhalinmorneftegaz» is the operator of offshore oil and gas Odoptu-sea (North dome).
