Speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin urged the deputies to work on the bill, which the Russians identified as a priority in opinion polls.

During the opening of the first plenary session of autumn session the state Duma Volodin has reminded that in the summer VTSIOM conducted a public opinion poll in which respondents identified the most important issues of the autumn session of the lower house of Parliament: a bill on responsible treatment of animals, road safety, Russian speakers and others.

«Let’s work on these bills, based on the priorities identified by our constituents. And this form in the future, we will continue», — said Volodin at the first plenary meeting of the autumn session of the state Duma.

The speaker of the state Duma emphasized that the concerns of citizens issues should be on the priority control. Also, Volodin stressed the importance of further development of forms of parliamentary control.

«The theme of the development of forms of parliamentary control will be a priority for the future… We need to develop the institution of parliamentary hearings. Through this format we will be able to implement and feedback from our voters, the citizens, to see the problems of legislation and to have the opportunity to improve it», — said the speaker of the state Duma.
