Anonymous phone calls with threats of «mining» affected about 85 thousand people in 19 cities of Russia, including in Moscow, reported RIA Novosti a source in the emergency services.

«According to the revised data, in 19 cities across the country received anonymous calls threatening of explosion of 218 buildings. Evacuation almost 85 thousand people», — said the Agency interlocutor.

According to him, anonymous threatening phone calls, primarily dealt with major shopping centres, airports, railway stations, and also socially significant objects.

«Security forces have completed a survey of all objects, the bomb threat was not confirmed», — said the Agency interlocutor.

A wave of anonymous calls about «mining» of various administrative and commercial buildings, which continues in Russia for the fourth day in a row, arrived on Wednesday to Moscow, where, after an anonymous call checked more than 20 objects with mass stay of people.
