Russia is not experiencing the outflow of creative individuals, on the contrary, to come and receive the citizenship of such world famous artists as Gerard Depardieu; it’s a free choice of any person, the Minister of culture Vladimir Medinsky.

In an interview with French newspaper Le Figaro Medinsky said that Russia is experiencing not only the outflow of creative individuals: the country moved foreign artists, including the French.
