Nearly 70 settlements in the Vladimir and Tula regions were left without electricity due to bad weather in the area off were about three thousand people, reported RIA Novosti in the press service of the Central regional center (CRC) of EMERCOM of Russia.

As noted in the press service, in the five municipalities in Vladimir and Tula regions have been power outages. «In the zone off hit 68 settlements with a population of 2986 people, including 454 children. Recovery work is conducted», — told the Agency.

According to the Agency, as of 15: 00 (GMT) power was restored in Shchekinsky district of Tula region. Estimated time of restoration of power supply in other settlements — 18.00 (GMT).
