Khoroshevsky court of Moscow on Monday will announce the verdict of electrical engineering of the residential complex «Scarlet sails» Alexey Belousov in the case of the death of the woman due to the fall in the Elevator, told RIA Novosti in court.

The session is scheduled for 10.00.

Earlier during debate of the parties the Prosecutor demanded to sentence Belousov to four years in prison.

The incident occurred in January of 2016 in one of the houses of the elite complex «Alye Parusa» on Aviation street in the North-West of Moscow. As a result of collapse of the Elevator killed 36-year-old Irina Volodina — the daughter of a famous TV host Evgenia Kochergina.

After the incident with the fall of the lift on the dock was only Belousov, electrical engineer, OOO «Liftgarant», which provided technical maintenance of elevators in residential buildings «Scarlet sails» on Aviation street. He is accused of providing services that do not meet safety requirements (part 2 of criminal article 238).

The lawyer of the defendant Alexey Vasilyev said that his client did not plead guilty.

The advocate reported that Russia’s Investigative Committee is also investigating the involvement of «unidentified persons from among the leadership» organizations «DS Exploitation» and «Leftoperand» to the deaths of women.
