Typhoon «Talim», which is moving from Japan to the Russian far East, can bring downpours and strong winds in Khabarovsk Krai, informs the regional Glaucus Ministry of emergency situations.

Earlier, rescuers warned that the Typhoon could affect Primorye, Kamchatka and Sakhalin, where it is expected main impact of the disaster.

«According to the far Eastern Department of Roshydromet, in connection with the exit of Typhoon «Talim» from 18 to 21 September on the territory of the Nikolaev, Ulchi, imeni Poliny Osipenko, sea of Okhotsk, Sovetskaya Gavan, Vanino in Khabarovsk territory, rains, places strong, a wind increase up to 12-18 meters per second,» — said in the message.

According to rescuers, possible accidents at the facilities of housing and communal services and energy, the cliffs on the transmission line, overlap the wires.
