The police of the city of Saint Louis, Missouri 123 detained participants of protest actions, which began in connection with the court’s decision to acquit former police officer for the murder of an African American Anthony Lamar Smith, said police.

On Friday, a judge in St. Louis issued a judgement of acquittal in respect of former police officer Jason Stockley, who was accused of murder in 2011, 24-year-old Anthony Lamar Smith, after which the protesters began to protest.
