The Sakhalin region Prosecutor’s office opened a new criminal case about the murder of a young man, in the investigation which the investigator allegedly failed to consider all the evidence, why are not all the possible culprits were exposed, reported RIA Novosti on Wednesday the regional Prosecutor’s office.

Earlier media reported that a court in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk accidentally gave the family of the murdered Maxim Yurchenko phone to a convicted murderer. Found in this correspondence, the parents learned that the offender had an accomplice. But for some reason, these messages are not paid attention a consequence.

«Based on the totality of the materials collected by the Deputy Prosecutor of the region issued a ruling to initiate proceedings on the criminal case due to new circumstances. For the investigation and the decision of a question on bringing to criminal responsibility of all involved in the murder of the relevant materials are transferred in investigatory management of investigatory Committee of Russia across the Sakhalin region», — stated in the message of Prosecutor’s office.

The Ministry added that after in mass media there was information about incorrect results evidence the parents of the victim, the Prosecutor’s office conducted an audit, including its representatives met with the parents of the victim.

Official investigation against the investigator who worked on the case, had previously assigned to the regional Department of the RF IC. The test leads and the city court of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, where, according to media reports, in error gave evidence the family of the victim. The head of the UK Russia Alexander Bastrykin has instructed the Central office Department to monitor the test.
