Rocket «proton-M» with the upper stage «breeze-M» and telecommunications spacecraft AsiaSat-9, launched on September 28 removed from the process gas platforms and installed on launch complex at the Baikonur cosmodrome, told reporters on Monday in the Center of Khrunichev (manufacturer of rocket «proton-M»).

«Space rocket (ILV) in accordance with the schedule established in vertical position on the launch pad. Starting calculation started work on the preparation of the ILV «proton-M» to launch, which is scheduled on 28 September,» — said in the message.

AsiaSat-9 — geostationary telecommunications satellite, high power, will replace the satellite AsiaSat-4 in the orbital position of 122 degrees V. D. and will provide television broadcasting and telecommunications services throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
