The orbit of the International space station will adjust to ensure the docking of cargo spacecraft «Progress MS-07», after a maneuver 27 September, the average altitude of the station is expected to increase by 800 meters, reported RIA Novosti on Friday the representative of the mission control Center (MCC).

«According to preliminary data from the service ballistic and navigation support, correction of the ISS orbit is scheduled for September 27 at 19.50 GMT. The average flight altitude increased 800 meters», — said the representative of MCC.

He added that the correction will be carried out with the help of engines docked to the station of the cargo ship «Progress MS-06», which will have to work 220 seconds.

«The average altitude of the station after a maneuver should be 404,9 kilometers,» — said the Agency interlocutor.
