Moscow offers to Washington to hold consultations on the Treaty on the elimination of intermediate and shorter-range missiles (INF Treaty) in the bilateral format, Moscow is not going to withdraw from the Treaty, said on Wednesday Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.

«There is a special scheme discussion of this work, there is a mechanism within its framework to discuss these topics, you can just gather in a two-way format. Unproductive exchange of claims. We thus create more doubts in the viability of the Treaty. I stress that Russia is committed to the INF Treaty and Russia, any action it has not violated,» — said Ryabkov told reporters.

«We are not going to withdraw from the Treaty, it is also the Americans are very well known,» — said a senior Russian diplomat.
