The Israeli authorities arrested two Israeli Arabs who allegedly planned the attack on the Temple mount in Jerusalem, said Israeli antiterrorism intelligence Agency the Shin bet.

According to a statement by the Shin bet, during the operation on 17 September was arrested three Israeli Arabs suspected of having links with terrorist group ISIS*, two of them were allegedly preparing a terrorist attack on the Temple mount in Jerusalem, a similar attack on July 14. All three residents of the Arab city of Umm El Fahm in the Haifa district.

During the operation were also seized guns and ammunition that the detainees were planning to use during the impending attack.

The three attackers, who were Arab-Israelis eliminated while trying to escape on the Temple mount.
