The Federal service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human welfare filed an administrative case against the airline «VIM-Avia», said RIA Novosti in the press service of Rospotrebnadzor.

Earlier it was reported that the CPS on the basis of complaints of passengers of delayed flights filed a case against the tour operator TUI. According to the service, the tour operator did not provide the customer the necessary.

«Rospotrebnadzor in accordance with the law were prosecuted on administrative violations in regard to both airline and tour operator LLC «TT-TRAVEL» (TUI brand)», — said the press service of Rospotrebnadzor, calling the reason «violation of terms of service and other terms of the contract about realization of tourist product».

The situation with the flight «VIM-Avia» has escalated over the weekend. The airline on September 25 officially admitted that it did not have the Finance to continue the work and cease to operate charters. Transporting passengers under the control of the Ministry of transport and the Federal air transport Agency has joined other airlines. The transportation of passengers by scheduled flights «VIM-Avia» will be accepted until 15 October from 16 October to cease.
