Former Prime Minister of Thailand Yingluck Shinawatra who fled the country in late August before the announcement of the verdict in her case on criminal negligence, is currently in London, told RIA Novosti on Friday a source in the party «Phya Thai» («For Thailand»), which was formerly led by Shinawatra.

The court acquitted Shinawatra to the charges associated with the condoning of corruption in the implementation of the programme, which was part of its election promises, noting in the verdict that the former Prime Minister took steps to prevent corruption.
