A law allowing airlines to sell tickets at basbakani tariffs comes into force.

Now carriers can offer passengers non-refundable tickets, which will not include the free baggage allowance and hand Luggage only. In this case, the return rates should be required to include free Luggage.

The Minister of transport of Russia Maxim Sokolov said that after the introduction of this tariff is expected to reduce ticket prices by an average of 10-20%.

In accordance with the new law, the Ministry of transport has prepared a draft of amendments to Federal aviation rules (FAP) optimization of a set of carry-on baggage. At the moment these changes are discussed, but their adoption of the transport Agency expects in the near future.

As follows from the latest version of the draft amendments to Federal aviation rules, cabin baggage that a passenger can carry in the plane must weigh at least five pounds.

In addition, passengers will also be able to take a backpack, purse or briefcase with embedded in them things, clothes, baby food for the child during the flight, the suit in the garment bag, a baby cradle or a baby carriage when transporting a child, crutches, canes, walkers, rollator and other technical AIDS, foldable wheelchair and medicines.
