About 700 people, including the media, are inconsistent the rally on Pushkin square in the centre of the capital, told RIA Novosti press-service GU MVD of Russia in Moscow.

«In place of the inconsistent public event on Pushkin square of Moscow city and the surrounding areas there are about 700 people, including representatives of the media. Police and Regardie ensure the protection of public order and security», — stated in the message.

As the correspondent of RIA Novosti news from the event, around 14:00 participants of the unsanctioned rally gathered at the monument to Pushkin. After some time a proposal was made to move out, and the audience went on the sidewalk on Tverskaya street in the direction of the Manege square. One man was detained by police after he unfurled a banner.
