Revision of the agreement on the Iranian nuclear program is unlikely Tehran will not do it, said U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson.

The Secretary reported that the President of the United States Donald trump confirms the compliance of Iran of the provisions of the internal American law «About considering a nuclear agreement with Iran.» It was passed by the U.S. Congress in may 2015 to oversee the actions of the administration against Iran. According to this law, the US President has every 90 days to provide a report on the implementation by Iran of the agreements in the framework of the nuclear agreement.

«This is unlikely, as Iran will not do it,» said Tillerson, in response to a question.

According to him, the US is starting a process that does not replace the joint comprehensive plan of action (SVPD), but solves the issues remaining beyond the scope of this agreement.

Iran and «six» of international mediators (Russia, USA, UK, China, France, Germany) July 14, 2015 reaching an agreement on the settlement of the longstanding problem of the Iranian atom. Was adopted by the SVPD, the implementation of which removes Iran’s previously imposed economic and financial sanctions by the UN security Council, US and EU.
