The US withdrawal from the nuclear deal on Iran cannot be ruled out, said former Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak.

He admitted that he as the Ambassador spent four years on these negotiations.

«I think that is a very negative development, because the agreement with Iran is not a us-Iranian agreement is a multilateral agreement. By the way, approved by the UN security Council — it has a special status. We still hope that after all to the stages of physical withdrawal from the agreement will not come. Although it is still very difficult, particularly in respect of Congress (USA), which is not too well pleased to any agreement with Iran,» noted the former Ambassador of Russia.

Earlier, the President of the United States, Donald trump has refused to confirm Congress’s compliance with the agreement on Iran’s nuclear program, which Iran removes the previously imposed economic and financial sanctions.
