Federal bailiff service (FSSP) Russia intends to provide all judicial officers with video recorders for analysis of disputes and conflicts, the head of service Dmitry Aristov.

«For the purposes of openness of the Service we plan to equip judicial officers with video recorders, departments equipped with video cameras. This will help to reduce exclusivity for cases of conflict between the bailiff and the parties of enforcement proceedings, when there is the need for personal communication,» he said in an interview to «Rossiyskaya Gazeta».

Aristov poyasnil that at present a certain part of the Executive production is performed through «electronic execution», so-called «office» performance. In particular, this method performance characteristic of Executive documents on collecting of administrative penalties, as well as taxes and fees. This method involves the direction and requests-answers, write-off of funds in electronic form.

«In most cases, the courts still require classical performance. The future for a reasonable combination of electronic and classical performance taking into account the specifics of each Executive production», — said the head of the Federal bailiff service.
