Experts in Iraq have recorded at least 100 aftershocks after the earthquake, on the border with Iran, the most significant of which amounted to 4.6 points, told RIA Novosti head of the center for seismic monitoring of Iraq Abdul-Karim Abdullah Has.

A destructive earthquake of magnitude 7.2 occurred on Sunday on the border of Iran and Iraq. Tremors were recorded in 204 km North-East of Baghdad and 104 km West of the Iranian city of Kermanshah.

According to the latest data, the number of victims of earthquake in the West of Iran has reached 372 people, more than six thousand were injured.
