Chkalovsky district court of Yekaterinburg on Monday sentenced three men to prison on charges in a series of assaults on girls convicted persons invited to the meeting, and then robbed, according to the Department of the MIA of Russia in Yekaterinburg.

«The thirteenth of November Chkalovsky district court ordered the accused the verdict, according to which men found guilty of committing crimes under part 4 of article 162 of the criminal code of Russian Federation («Robbery») and part 3 of article 161 of the criminal code of Russian Federation («Robbery»). The Department clarifies that the men were detained on 31 January 2016. According to investigators, the criminals got acquainted with the future victims in the group one of the social networks.

The interior Ministry explained that the victims were generally of a minor girl, who deliberately overstated his age when registering on the Dating pages in social networks.

«In the course of further operational work of the detectives of the criminal investigation established that detainees are involved in a series of such attacks. In the bodies of internal Affairs at that time received about five complaints from the victims in this case,» — said the police.
