The U.S. justice Department does not preclude the investigation against Hillary Clinton and her Fund for so-called uranium deal with Russia, told television channel Fox News, citing a letter sent by the Ministry to Congress.

«The attorney General (Jeff sessions, the head of the Ministry of justice) ordered that high-ranking prosecutors estimated the number of questions raised in your letter», — is spoken in the reply of the Ministry of justice the Republicans in Congress, who demanded to investigate the activities of the Clinton Foundation, as well as transactions for the purchase of Uranium One structures «Rosatom».

In the Ministry of justice stressed that this is not a confirmation of the beginning of the investigation. However, according to TV channel, the Ministry does not rule out the appointment of spectracular to investigate the activities of Clinton.

Republicans suspect that Barack Obama’s administration did not investigate the alleged corruption in the transaction. Clinton was accused that she could be under the influence of Russia because of the donations that had been received by the Fund from the founder of Uranium One Frank Giustra. Giustra donated to former U.S. President bill Clinton more than 31 million dollars after he visited the Kazakhstan and won the competition on development of deposits of uranium ore.

In addition, in 2008-2010, Uranium One donated to the Clintons in total of 8.65 million dollars. Finally, in 2010, bill Clinton received from an unnamed «Russian investment Bank» 500 thousand dollars for a speech in Moscow. According to media reports, the Bank served a deal to buy Uranium One Rosatom. Journalists of a number of American publications have concluded that the Clinton Foundation could get the money the Russian government paid to the founders of Uranium One.

The US President Donald trump has repeatedly criticized the Ministry of justice for not investigating Clinton. At the same time, spectacular Robert Mueller and a Committee of both houses of Congress are investigating the alleged «Russian intervention» in U.S. elections, as well as «when the trump of Russia», whose existence is denied in the Kremlin and in the White house.
