The European Commissioner for neighbourhood policy and negotiations to expand Johannes Hahn at the meeting with speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy urged the Ukrainian authorities to develop and adopt a specific plan to implement a «road map» of implementation of the Association agreement with the EU.
