A pupil’s home in ermakovskom district of Krasnoyarsk Krai escaped from the institution after, according to her, was beaten up by peers and teachers refused to report it to the police, told RIA Novosti the official representative of GSWCC region Olga Shamanic.

«In ermakovskom district investigators establish the circumstances of the beating of pupils of children’s home. On Tuesday, the investigating authorities have reported that of KGKU «ermakovskaya orphanage» willfully left a 15-year-old pupil. On this fact the investigating authorities immediately began the test,» — said the representative of the UK region.

According to her, the girl was discovered in the minusa area in her mother’s house, which is located at a distance of 50 kilometres from the orphanage.

«The girl’s mother told investigators that the motive for the escape was the reluctance of the staff of the orphanage to react and to inform the police about the conflict that happened between the girl and her two girls, during which the girl was caused by multiple injuries. In the course of forensic examination, the expert documented the bruises. Allegedly, a child asked the staff of the orphanage to report the incident to the police, but they did not comply with her request,» — said the Shaman.

At present on this fact an inspection is carried out, during which will be given criminal-legal assessment of the actions of the management and staff of the orphanage, and also checked the legality of the placement of the child in a social institution of this type.
