«I invited Vladimir Putin to South Ossetia for the holidays. If he comes, it would be a great political event in the history of our Republic», — quotes Agency Sputnik Bibilov, South Ossetia.

Russia August 26, 2008 recognized the sovereignty of South Ossetia and Abkhazia were part of Georgia and has long been seeking independence from her.
