The agenda of the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Union state of Belarus and Russia is practically agreed upon, said Friday in Minsk state Secretary of the SG Grigory Rapota.

A meeting of the high level Group of the Council of Ministers of the Union state (SG) Russia and Belarus held in Minsk, co-chaired by first Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Vasily Matyushevsky, first Deputy Chairman of Russian government Igor Shuvalov. As expected, the Union Cabinet will take place in Gomel on 8 December.

«Today at a meeting of the high level group will be considered 12 questions and the first question will be on the upcoming session of the Council of Ministers of the Union state. Already agreed on 15 issues on the agenda,» — said Rapota at the opening session of the high level Group. His words leads Agency Sputnik of Belarus.

As noted by the Secretary, only the Council of Ministers will be submitted more than 20 questions, some of them are pending.

Answering the question Shuvalov, Rapota noted that the premiere will hear 4-5 basic questions. «I wanted to keep the attention of the Prime Ministers focused on several key issues», — noted in this regard Shuvalov.

It is planned that during the meeting of the high level Group will consider topical issues of Belarusian-Russian cooperation.

Thus, the parties intend to discuss the availability of goods, works and services to the markets of the two countries, priorities for the development of the Union state, the involvement of financial institutions in the development of the States in certain areas of the Union building.

In addition, the meeting participants will discuss the implementation of the plan of measures on formation and implementation of a single structural industrial policy within the Union state, as well as the preparation of the draft concept of the program of joint activities on protection of population and rehabilitation of territories affected by the Chernobyl disaster and a number of other issues.
