One of the founders of the party «Yabloko» Grigory Yavlinsky said that, as a future candidate in presidents of Russia, supports the organization of an international conference and a new referendum on the question of supplies of Crimea.

«The Crimea is pretty bad, because nobody in the world acknowledges what was done in 2014. You need to hold an international conference in the Crimea, and to develop a roadmap for solution of this problem… We are a country with unrecognized borders, and I would not want to live in a country with unrecognized borders. It is necessary to ask in this case, from my point of view, so they voted in a normal referendum, which is recognized all over the world,» said Yavlinsky in the program «Vesti on Saturday» on TV channel «Russia 1».

Crimea became a Russian region after held there in March 2014 referendum in which 96.77% of voters of the Republic of Crimea and 95.6% of residents of Sevastopol voted for joining Russia. Crimean authorities held a referendum after a coup in Ukraine in February 2014. Kiev still considers Crimea its but temporarily occupied territory. The Russian leadership has repeatedly stated that the inhabitants of Crimea democratically in full compliance with international law and the UN Charter voted for reunification with Russia. According to the Russian President, the question of Crimea «closed permanently».

In addition, Yavlinsky said that Russia «policy should be changed». «This economic policy leads to poverty, the country is in isolation. It is necessary to cease to participate in the civil war in Syria, it’s a pointless quagmire, from which then Russia would be decades off. Such a policy is not satisfied. There must be peace with Ukraine, it is necessary to stop the war, to stop the promotion of hatred,» — said Yavlinsky.

«I’m for that Russia has ceased to be the object of sanctions by all countries in the world. How can this go on? This can have very serious long — term consequences,» he added.

In addition, in the upcoming presidential election, he is not a rival Ksenia Sobchak, and his only rival – Vladimir Putin. «I will fight against Vladimir Putin, I have no competitors» — said Yavlinsky.

«My main goal is to change policy in Russia, the interest in this case play no role, interest to judge elections is impossible, but if you begin to change policy will be amended — we can get sanctions from the collapse of foreign policy, there is normalization of relations with its immediate neighbors and with the world — so this will be the main result,» — said Yavlinsky.

Relations between Russia and the EU deteriorated due to the situation in the Donbass, where Kiev in April 2014 began a military operation against the breakaway LC and the DNI, which declared independence after a coup in Ukraine in February 2014. Western countries have imposed a series of sanctions against Russia, Moscow has retaliated. Russia has repeatedly stated that it is not a party to domestic conflict or subject of the Minsk agreements on the settlement. Moscow has also repeatedly stressed that to talk to her in the language of sanctions is counterproductive.
