In Beijing, 19 people become victims of fire

The fire in the South of Beijing, 19 people died and another eight were injured, according to China Central television.

The fire broke out at about 18.00 on Saturday in the village of Xinjiang in the Daxing district in southern Beijing. Who arrived at the emergency firefighters managed to extinguish the flames three hours later.

A total of 19 people were killed and another eight injured. The victims were hospitalized.

It is reported that on a place of state of emergency there arrived the Secretary of the party Committee of Beijing Cai Qi and acting mayor of Beijing Chen Jining.

The head of the party Committee Cai Qi instructed to do everything necessary to eliminate the consequences of emergencies and to assist the families of the victims, as well as to establish a working group to investigate the causes of the incident and to bring those responsible to justice.

Where the fire occurred was not specified, however, as the channel reports, the mayor gave instructions to close an industrial property located in villages and towns and eliminate all illegal business.

The head of the party Committee also demanded to immediately check every village, every courtyard and not to miss any potential threat of the incident.

According to the channel, the alleged perpetrators were detained.
