The founder of two management companies in the town of Raduzhny in Khanty sentenced to a fine of 1.8 million rubles for a bribe the Deputy head of the municipality, according to the Prosecutor’s office of Ugra.How, in your opinion, should be punished for bribery?

As stated by the Supervisory authority, in February the Deputy head of the city received from the representative of management companies a bribe of 250 thousand rubles for assistance in the adoption of rates, cost-effective for these utilities. The criminal case against the men was brought under article «bribery in the large size».

«The court has appointed guilty punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of 1 million 800 thousand rubles. In addition, earlier decisions of the Prosecutor’s office referred to a legal person brought to administrative responsibility in the form of fines», — stated in the message Department.

Soon after excitation of criminal case about receiving a bribe an employee of the local administrations were dismissed in connection with loss of trust. As explained in Prosecutor’s office of Autonomous regions, the case brought against the former official, is pending in the court.
