Employees Pechersk police Department made administrative reports under article «hooliganism» against activists of the scandalous movement Femen detained during protests near the presidential administration of Ukraine, told RIA Novosti press officer Oksana Tyshchenko on Tuesday.

Activists of the scandalous movement Femen near the building of the presidential administration of Ukraine in Kiev staged a protest action dated to «Day of dignity and freedom». The action lasted less than a minute, as activists were detained by the police.

«The detainees were drawn up administrative reports under article 173 «disorderly conduct» of Code of Ukraine about administrative violations (Kwaan), then let them go,» said Tyshchenko.

According to Kwaan, activists, threatened by punishment in the form of a fine from three to seven untaxed minimum incomes of citizens (51-119 hryvnia, which is 1.9 – to 4.4 dollar at the current exchange rate of the national Bank of Ukraine), correctional labor for a term of one to two months with assignment of twenty percent of earnings, or administrative arrest for up to fifteen days.
