Former Senator Umar Dzhabrailov, opened fire in a luxury hotel in the city center, pleaded guilty and asked to consider its case in a special manner, the correspondent of RIA news from the hall of the Tver court of Moscow, which hears the criminal case.

«Are (the deed) with repentance. Apologized to the staff,» said Dzhabrailov.

His lawyer said that the claims on the part of staff to it is not available, and an administrative fine he already paid.

«After I made two shots, I emptied the clip. I admit guilt. I ask to consider case in a special manner,» said the accused. A special procedure involves a full admission of guilt and remorse.

The court agreed to hear the case in particularly fine.

Earlier, the same court fined a businessman for more than 4 thousand rubles for administrative article about drug use.

At the end of August Dzhabrailov fired several shots from a premium gun in the ceiling of the rooms of the elite hotel in the centre of Moscow. Later, a former Senator in the TV channel «Russia 24» apologized for his behavior and explained it to his «nervous system, feelings and state of nervous breakdown, of passion». Dzhabrailov also mentioned that he was «shell-shocked man» — «the participant of operations, reserve officer — fought in Chechnya once during the regime WHO».

As reported on the website of the Russian-Qatari business Council (rkbc), Umar Dzhabrailov, a prominent businessman of Chechen origin, is engaged in the construction, headed by CRBC and the Board of Trustees of the Moscow Museum of modern art.
