The investigating authorities suspect Deputy head of administration of the city of Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region and the head of the municipal institution in excess of powers of office with causing of a damage to city budget at the rate of more than 4 million rubles, said the investigative Department of the TFR in the region.

City administration reported that the suspects — Deputy head of the district for the construction of the Dinar Arslangereev and chief MU «Capital construction» Vladimir Khomyakov.

According to the investigation, in 2016 the suspects without competition concluded the municipal contract with the sole contractor for the construction of the inlet paths to the private gas boiler. To do this previously without legal grounds on the territory of the city district introduced a state of emergency. Their actions municipal budget has suffered damage amounting to more than 4 million rubles.

«The investigative bodies of the TFR in the Chelyabinsk region initiated a criminal case against Deputy head of Zlatoustovsky urban district and the head of the municipal institution suspected of committing a crime under part 1 of article 286 of the RF criminal code (exceeding official powers)», — stated in the message.

Operational support in a criminal case by employees of regional government of FSB of Russia, said the investigation.

Currently the question on election of a measure of restraint and arraignment is added to the message.

In the framework of the criminal case will take all necessary measures for compensation of damage caused to the budget.
