Speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin urged MPs to vote on bills according to conscience, those who have inner torment, to make an appropriate decision.

During the plenary session of the state Duma on Thursday, the Deputy from LDPR Sergey Ivanov urged his colleagues voted on the bills, to do it honestly and not for recommendations.

«We can’t even vote in good conscience, because there is always say to write a letter of explanation why you have a button is not pressed. Why then such a Parliament, dear colleagues? If you want voters to have a better life come on, let’s do it like in normal parliaments: we vote according to conscience, and only then will make sense to persuade colleagues of the rightness of the bill,» — said Ivanov.

Volodin, in turn, asked who in the lower house of the Parliament do not vote according to conscience.

«Question one: who did not vote according to their conscience? Sergei Ivanovich, who do not vote according to their conscience? Colleagues, one who believes that voting is not the truth, there was nothing for him to be elected to the state Duma. So if there is an internal anguish and frustration, make a decision, that’s all. Here there are none, and he who is doing wrong,» he replied Volodin.
