Egypt declared three days of mourning in connection with numerous victims of the explosion at the mosque, according to Egyptian state television.

It is noted that mourning was announced by the presidential administration.

The terrorists broke into the mosque in the district of er-Road to the West of the city of El-Arish during Friday prayers. First, the perpetrators detonated an explosive device, and then began running out to shoot people.

According to the latest official reports, the attack killed 85 people, another 80 were injured. It is noted that among the victims many children.
