If the Kiev authorities refused to pay damages caused to the Crimean result of a number of closures will be sued in the European court of human rights, told RIA Novosti the head of the expert Council on the international legal issues at the Crimean government Aleksandr Moloch.

The expert stressed that these claims are indisputable, as there is loss causation, the fault of the defendant. At the same time in Ukraine there is no right to a fair trial against the Crimeans.

While Moloch has acknowledged that this will require additional expenses, and the plaintiffs will be difficult to pay the registration fee and expenses for litigation.
