Transport London police interviewed the two men, who is wanted in connection with the incident at Oxford Circus on Friday evening.

As noted in the police report on Twitter, two men aged 21 and 40 years old, photos from surveillance cameras of which had been circulated the day before, voluntarily came to the police station and answered questions.

«Thank you to everyone who helped spread the appeal. The investigation continues,» — said in a statement to the police.

Earlier it was reported that the incident at Oxford Circus tube could be caused by the conflict between the two men on the platform, their pictures from surveillance cameras was distributed late Friday night.

The incident in the main shopping district of London took place on a Friday rush hour and the day one of the Christmas sales, when the shops were crowded with buyers. London police and British transport police later confirmed reports of the shooting at the station. As a result of panic and the evacuation affected more than 15 people.
