The Rosselkhoznadzor repeatedly revealed the tetracycline antibiotics in cheese «Rubtsovsk dairy plant» (branch of «Wimm-bill-Dann», belonging to the American PepsiCo), so that it is located in the Altai territory the enterprise is temporarily deprived of the possibility to deliver products to the market of the EEU, said the Agency.

«The Rosselkhoznadzor administration for the Altai Krai and the Altai Republic, in the framework of the food monitoring and enhanced laboratory control, in the cheese «Lamber», developed by JSC «Rubtsovsky dairy factory» (branch of JSC «Wimm-bill-Dann»), established the presence of tetracycline antibiotics. This is not the first case of exceeding the permissible level of antibiotics in the production of this enterprise», — stated in the message.

After the first identification of the plant was delivered to the strengthened laboratory control, which, in turn, confirmed the violation of veterinary and sanitary requirements of Russia. «On the basis of test reports of the Rosselkhoznadzor subordinate laboratory of the fgbi «CPURL» status of the enterprise in the Register of enterprises of the Customs Union changed to «temporarily restricted. Accordingly, the company deprived of the opportunity to put this product to the market of the countries participating in the EEU», — said the Russian office.

On this fact the Ministry informed the regional veterinary Directorate, which has the authority to restrict movement on the territory of the Russian Federation of the controlled product. The Rosselkhoznadzor also informed the veterinary Directorate of the Altai territory on the need for regional safety monitoring of products produced by «Rubtsovsk dairy plant», as well as greater control over the security of its products.
