From Russia abroad each year for permanent residence goes up to 200 thousand people, and the number of visitors to Moscow lately has been reduced to 10 thousand, said the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin.

«Do you know how many Russian people went abroad each year for permanent residence? Two hundred thousand. And how much arrives in Moscow? Recently, this figure has dropped to 10 thousand. The problem is not that they come to Moscow, the problem is that they go abroad», — said Sobyanin in the debate with the former Minister of Finance Alexei Kudrin about the role of agglomeration in the economy.

«Moscow is in fact an Outpost that tries at least part of this flow to stop. We are the defenders of Russia in this regard,» he said.
