The interior Ministry of Yakutia has carried out an inspection in connection with the circumstances of the death of «frozen dog.» This was reported on the website of the Department.

Earlier in social networks appeared a photo of the dead dog, which allegedly drunk owner doused with water and left on a 50-degree frost.

Local media also pointed out that the dog was found by volunteers who came at the request of local residents. The Complainant claimed that the owner bathed the dog and «put in cold box without a bottom.»

The police found that the dog suffered from a disease Carre (distemper) and was partially paralyzed. The owner decided to euthanize the dog and turned to one of the volunteers of the animal welfare organizations that took the dying animal.

The interior Ministry also emphasize that the pet was the pet of a large family, and the owner of the dog is characterized positively.
