One of the tents burned in a natural town, arranged by supporters of ex-President of Georgia, former Governor of the Odessa region Mikhail Saakashvili near the Verkhovna Rada building in the center of Kiev, in the result of a fire nobody has suffered, have informed on Sunday a press-service of the Kiev Directorate of the National police.

«At 9.40 (10.40 GMT) law enforcement officers noticed smoke in a tent camp near the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. And the police and lifeguards who were on duty, immediately rushed over, and then put out a tent that was on fire,» — said in the message.

According to preliminary information of rescuers, the fire started from there installed a wood stove. The police checks.

From 17 October in front of the Parliament in Kiev there takes place termless protest action which participants demand to abolish parliamentary immunity, to conduct electoral reform and to adopt a law on anti-corruption court.

Initially, the co-organizers of the action were a number of political forces of different orientation, including the party’s «new forces» of the ex-President of Georgia, former Governor of the Odessa region Mikhail Saakashvili. After the first week of the rallies most of the political forces announced their withdrawal of the protest.

Actively support the promotion lasts only the party of Saakashvili, the politician said that he settled in the camp, which activists smashed the Parliament building. He also said that starting November 13, the tent city near the building of Verkhovna Rada in Kiev will be expanded, it will become a «training camp» where people will be trained in «methods of peaceful democratic struggle.»
