The ban on issuing visas to residents of Crimea is absurd and violates the rights of citizens to free movement, told journalists in Sevastopol the Plenipotentiary on human rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova.

The Ombudsman added that he will raise the issue of banning the issuance of visas to the UN and the Council of Europe.
