U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson wants direct talks with the DPRK, but the intention of President Donald trump in this regard is still unknown, said the special envoy of the President of South Korea Yong-Gil Sleeping, speaking about the prospects of direct talks between Washington and Pyongyang.
