The former head of Ministry of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev, accused of receiving bribes of $ 2 million from the head of «Rosneft» Igor Sechin, has started reading the novel of Victor Pelevin «Chapaev and emptiness», about it in court, told reporters.
