Net profit of «Russian grids» under IFRS for the nine months increased by 3.4%

Net profit of «Russian grids» under IFRS in January-September 2017 increased by 3.4% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 81 billion rubles, according to materials of the company.

Adjusted net profit increased by 33.5% and amounted to 98,4 billion rubles, revenue increased by 5,9% and reached 658,1 billion.

EBITDA for the first nine months rose by 4.7% to 213,1 billion.

Adjusted EBITDA excluding losses from impairment of financial investments and the impairment of receivables, losses or income from changes in the structure of the group of companies «rosseti» increased by 15.4% to 231,7 billion.

Long-term liabilities of the company as of the end of September amounted to 596,8 billion rubles, as against 591 billion by the end of 2016. Short-term liabilities by the end of September fell to 363,3 billion RUB 371 billion at the end of 2016.

«Rossetti» — the operator of energy networks in Russia — is one of the largest electric companies in the world. The controlling shareholder is the state represented by Rosimushchestvo, which owns shares in 88,04% in the share capital of the company.
