The court of appeal of the French city of AIX-EN-Provence will consider next week the appeal of the Prosecutor’s office in elected in respect of the Russian Senator Suleiman Kerimov measure, reported Thursday RIA Novosti, the Prosecutor of nice, Jean-Michel Pratt.

«The review will be held early next week,» said Pratt.

Kerimov was arrested by the French police in nice. The Prosecutor of nice has told RIA Novosti that the Senator charged with tax evasion and money laundering. The representative of the Russian Embassy told RIA Novosti that diplomats seek his release.
